Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model
MatchInsight offers paid subscriptions processed by our authorised payment provider. Payments are subject to our payment provider's terms alongside ours.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@matchinsight.pro. Upon cancellation, your access to premium content will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after that date.
3. Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
- Service unavailability: If MatchInsight experiences significant downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during a paid billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
Refunds are not provided for renewal charges after a subscription has already been active, or for partial months following cancellation.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@matchinsight.pro with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve disputes directly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
